This unique yoga practice uses your intuition and the energy in the body in transforming emotion for evolutionary healing. It embraces the movement of energy through the body, without judgment, leading the heart into different dimensions of the body forming a release of harmony, beauty, grace, and free expression of emotion. People are guided on an inward journey allowing them to use their own energy flow releasing the emotional, physical, or mental blocks that are stuck within the body. This allows each individual to go to their potential and beyond where they thought it was not possible. From finally being able to touch your toes, or sitting quietly for more than a few minutes, to having a spiritual, Kundalini awakening, you will be amazed at your personal transformation! 


Cellular Fusion

This class is designed to allow one to connect deeper with their body through an emphasis on alignment and fluid movements. Students are able to flow through yoga movements and release the body in new ways. In this class you will be creating the space to retrain the body to release, build strength, and move with ease both on and off the mat all while becoming more aware of the body and where it is that we commonly hold tension. A great upbeat class for those looking to add to their active lifestyle and/or start using a more athletic, anatomical approach to their practice.


Chakra Synergy

Chakras are centers of spiritual power in the human body. There are seven main chakras. This class is built to open, unblock, and awaken your body's chakra system, fusing the different elements within. This creates balance between both mind and body, allowing for spiritual contentment. We will flow through a series of poses, accompanied by music containing the various tones of each of the seven chakras. We will also be practicing using our prana, or breathing, to help us achieve a deeper level of serenity and strength. All levels welcome!


Classical Yoga

In this classical yoga sequence, explore the time-honored practices of breath control (pranayama), postures (asana), and mindfulness (dharana). Move intentionally through a sequence designed to bring strength, flexibility, and balance to your body, mind, and spirit. All levels welcome.


​Gentle Beginner's Yoga

This class is designed for people who are interested in starting their yoga practice or reigniting their love for yoga! This class focuses on yoga fundamentals, basic yoga posses and modifications that build a strong foundation for your practice. You will walk away remembering how to breath again. Gentle Restorative

This class is designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and promote better body awareness. A slower paced class for those looking to relieve stiff muscles and joints, those recovering from injury or who have mobility limitations. This class allows you to stretch and open the body providing a deep therapeutic relaxation often with the use of props to modify traditional poses allowing for healing through movement and relaxation. All levels, including beginners, welcome.


Gentle Vinyasa Flow

Join us for a gentle vinyasa flow class. This class will guide you through some gentle and easy flows. This is a great way to start your Sunday


HARMONY FLOW

​Harmony Flow is a slow paced yoga flow focusing on bringing awareness to the breath, cleansing the mind, and rejuvenating the body. For beginners and intermediate students that would like to add balance and harmony to their practice and everyday life, this class incorporates flexibility and grace while allowing students to explore the refuge of stillness and tranquility within.


HARMONY FLOW 75 Minute

Harmony Flow for 75 minutes is a faster paced yoga flow focusing on bringing awareness to the breath, cleansing the mind, and rejuvenating the body. For beginners and intermediate students that would like to add balance and harmony to their practice and everyday life, this class incorporates flexibility and grace while allowing students to explore the refuge of stillness and tranquility within.


Hatha Yoga

During this practice you will find your breath as your power source. You will use it to heat and cleanse the inner body as you move with the different asanas. While you strengthen, elongate and get energy flowing through every muscle, our intention is to find quietness, contentment, and unity of the mind and body. 


Heart and Soul Flow Yoga

This yoga class is designed with a series of slow flow intended for beginners and intermediate students, utilizing modifications and props to support your level of practice. This class is designed to help clients link breath with movement for the intention of connecting to your energy source.


​​Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a the practice of linking our breath to movement in a Vinyasa Flow. This is a dynamic flowing practice using strength, flexibility, endurance, focus and balance to guide students towards personal transformation and greater self awareness. This class is powerful, dynamic & sweaty and designed to challenge all levels. This energetic flow style class is designed to challenge, detoxify, and awaken every part of your body. All levels are welcome. 


Tranquil Soul Immersion

In Tranquil Soul Immersion, we create a harmonious blend of movement, sound, breathing exercises, and gentle meditation. Designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit together as one with your soul, this class is a wonderful choice to help relieve stress. It is a time to connect with yourself, and focus on personal inner peace. Great for anyone facing anxiety/depression, insomnia, or other mental health challenges. All levels welcome!


Vinyasa Flow

​This class moves at a steady pace, incorporating movement and energy flow within the sequence of postures (asanas). Proper alignment in each pose is always a primary focus. Linking movement with breath to warm the body from the inside out and calm the mind. Yoga Flow builds strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, while quieting the mind in moving meditation. All levels are welcome.


​Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body. The poses are held up to 5 minutes in order to stretch the connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, fascia), making them stronger and longer. Regular yin practice reduces anxiety and depression, increases circulation, and creates balance to the internal organs. All levels welcome.
