This unique yoga practice uses your intuition and the energy in the body in transforming emotion for evolutionary healing. It embraces the movement of energy through the body, without judgment, leading the heart into different dimensions of the body forming a release of harmony, beauty, grace, and free expression of emotion. People are guided on an inward journey allowing them to use their own energy flow releasing the emotional, physical, or mental blocks that are stuck within the body. This allows each individual to go to their potential and beyond where they thought it was not possible.
